The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the informant's minor daughter by the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the victim girl

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2391 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 recovered and the statement was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate wherein she has specific allegation made against the petitioners and she further stated that the petitioners have taken away by a motorcycle with forcefully.

After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
