2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 220/2023 registered for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in nutshell is that the informant along with his wife was going to the railway station and on the way some miscreants had snatched cash and gold ornaments of his wife and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession and till date no TIP has been conducted for the identification of the petitioner and other accused persons. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely Dipak Dom has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87525 of 2024. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has six criminal antecedents and is languishing in custody since 06.06.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account that similarly situated co-accused person namely Dipak Dom has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87525 of 2024, let the petitioner above-named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
