JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they along with other accused took the deceased from his house and subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and moreover, not a single prosecution witness has claimed to have seen the actual killing of the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.1958 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Jitendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.
