2. On 01.07.2024, following order was passed : "Present learned counsel for the petitioners as well as respondent nos. 1 and 2.

2. Vide order dated 23.04.2024 learned counsel for the petitioners was directed to take steps for fresh service of notice upon respondent no. 3 on his present and correct address and it was made clear that if the steps were not taken within the stipulated period, the petition was to be dismissed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to certain difficulty, the requisites for issuance of notice could not be filed and seeks one more indulgence in this regard.

4. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file requisites for issuance of notice upon respondent no. 3 on his present and correct address subject to cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited in the coffers of

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1367 of 2017(6) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a week from today.

5. It is made clear that in case the cost is not deposited and requisites are not filed within the stipulated period, the petition will be dismissed.

6. List this matter on 02.09.2024.".

3. Office has reported that neither cost of Rs.1,000/- has been deposited nor requisites for issuance of notice upon respondent no. 3 have been filed.

4. Under the circumstances, this petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the aforesaid order dated 01.07.2024.
