Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1997 of 2014 and analogous cases with condition that he shall deposit the amount in question but unfortunately petitioner could not deposit the amount in question within time and in the meantime he was apprehended by the police but later on the amount in question has been deposited which is evident from perusal of Annecure-6 to the supplementary affidavit.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13371 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 32 of 2013.
