2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority to select the petitioner for the post of Anganwari Sevika in Ward No. 11 which was reserved for Scheduled Cast.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working on the post of Anganwari Sevika in Rahua Pashhim Bhag Centre No.11.
4. Learned counsel for the State has raised a preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has come before this Court directly without exhausting the remedy available to her in the light of the guideline made for the Appointment of Anganwari Sevika-Sahayika.
5. As such, this writ petition is disposed off directing
Patna High Court CWJC No.14050 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner to avail the remedy in accordance with the relevant guideline made for the Appointment of Anganwari Sevika-Sahayika before the appropriate authority within 30 days from the date of order, and the authority concerned is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order in this matter within 90 days thereafter.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
