Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, victim left the house out of anger and now she has been married with another person and is living a happy conjugal life.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that these

In view of the aforesaid statement of the victim and the fact that she is a minor, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
