The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed that she left her house voluntarily and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari at East Champaran in Dumaria Ghat P.S. Case No. 66/2014.
