The petitioners are in custody in connection with Bihita P.S. Case No. 1200 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 511/34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that as per the prosecution case petitioners were caught hold by the people when they have tried to commit theft. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioners are in custody since 23.10.2018.

Case No. 1200 of 2018.
