The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other co-accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the family members of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2658 of 2023(2) dt.09-02-2023 2/2 the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Basantpur (Lakdi Nabiganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
