It is alleged that 850 litres K. oil was recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and the alleged recovery has been made in front of house of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, the dealers used to sell the K. oil in front of house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
