2. The present writ petition has been preferred:

Patna High Court CWJC No.13542 of 2017(4) dt.02-09-2025 2/3 for quashing and setting aside the order dated 19.07.2017 passed by Member Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.244 of 2016 dismissing the same filed by petitioner affirming the order dated 26.07.2013 passed in Mutation Revision Case No.61 of 2011-12 by the learned Additional Collector, Patna whereby and where under the revision application has been rejected as no new evidence/facts brought on record which shows the impugned order in question of concerned the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms is bad and illegal having no jurisdiction as well as order dated 17.07.2010 passed by the learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Danapur in Misc. Case No.02 of 2009-10 whereby and where under the learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms cancelled the Jamabandi (Mutation) of the petitioner and directed to mutate the same in favour of respondent 2nd set and issued rent receipt after proper enquiry, subsequent order dated 21.01.2012 by the learned Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Danapur, Patna.

3. On 29.07.2024, the Co-ordinate Bench issued notice to respondent nos. 9 to 15 within a period of four weeks.

4. It was a peremptory order and not complied, stood dismissed on 27.08.2024.

5. The office notes has recorded that once the case against respondent nos. 9 to 15 stands rejected, whether the writ petition survives.

6. This Court is of the opinion that once the case against respondent nos. 9 to 15 stands rejected due to the peremptory order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 29.07.2024, nothing survives.
