The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.11.2019 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners.

The petitioners have not been able to make out a case for quashing of the order dated 05.11.2019 as during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12178 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 investigation, the materials collected by the police, has resulted into chargesheet.

Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
