2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"(i) Quashing the order dated 5.12.2016 passed by Sri Ramprawesh Sharma, Hon'ble Member (Judicial) of Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No.584/2013.
(ii) Directing the for respondents not interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of 4 Bigha and 10 dhures of land pertaining to Khata No.73, Kheshra No.174, 175, 256, 266, 287 and 289 Village-Balha, P.S.-Parwatta, District-Khagaria (hereinafter called the suit land).
(iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the litigant will be approaching the appropriate Court for the redressal of the grievance.
