Petitioners are named in the first information report and informant claimed to have identified the petitioners committing the alleged crime but according to first information report itself, the culprits had covered their faces at the time of alleged occurrence and it was dark night.

Contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners were made accused in two cases prior to institution of the present case and when they got bail in the aforesaid two cases, the enemies of the petitioners got implicated them in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.
