There happens to be recovery of two loaded firearms along with Hero Hondo motorcycles, cartridges, from the possession of petitioner and for that he happens to be under custody since 26.08.2014. Petitioner has got chequered history being an accused in altogether twelve cases.

In the aforesaid background, petitioner is granted bail on executing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with one surety with a further direction to deposit Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) along with an undertaking that henceforth

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17728 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 he will not indulge in any criminal activity in violation thereof, cash deposit will be forfeited, in connection with Brahmpur (Krishna Brahm) P.S. Case No.218 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
