JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-07-2018 While passing the order on 11.07.2018 this Court considering the fact that the petitioner is not owner of the shop has directed for release of the shop on furnishing of two local sureties. However, inadvertently, while directing for release of the shop in question within one week, it has been indicated that one week shall be counted from the date of furnishing of original title deed. This is an error. The shop in question shall be
