====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard Sri Jagnnath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr Md. Mustaque Alam, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This is second attempt for grant of bail in view of observation of this court recorded on 25.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 34016 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2018 in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 8 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 65 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Earlier, prayer for bail was rejected granting liberty to renew the prayer for bail again after six months.

Sri Jagnnath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that petitioner is in custody for more than one year, no adequate progress has taken place in

Be that as it may, considering the observation of this court recorded in Cr. Misc. No. 34016 of 2018, let the petitioner Manoj Paswan be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VI, Madhubani / concerned court in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 8 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 65 of 2018.
