Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,435,427,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant suspected that the petitioners have burnt the Scorpio vehicle. The informant had gone to complain and petitioner No.1 allegedly assaulted with Kulhari. The Doctor has found injury at the non-vital part of the body. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3478 of 2020(3) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Noorsarai P.S.Case No. 101 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
