The petitioner happens to be the elder brother in law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case, the in-laws of the deceased had demanded one motorcycle and when the aforesaid demand was not fulfilled, she was tortured and done to death by her in-laws including this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased has already been sent in jail custody and so far as petitioner is concerned, he resides separately from the husband of the victim of the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1086 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur in Motipur P.S.Case No.224 of 2014.
