2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 195/24 for the offence punishable under Sections 274 and 275 of the B.N.S. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 18. litres of illicit liquor was recovered near the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. She has no concern either with the manufacturing of liquor or its trade in any manner. The

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the fact that petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned District Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 195/24, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The District Court is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in some other cases as what has been stated in Para3 of the bail petition, this order will automatically lose its force. (Purnendu Singh, J) Sanjay/- U T
