ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2018 in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.69 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually, there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but he was implicated in the case on the basis of his having been made to sign on plain paper, which formed the basis of his self-confession. It is further submitted that the petitioner will co-operate and will abide by the terms and conditions of the bail.
