24-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 24.09.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24314 of 2020 (Annexure 1). On the last occasion, vide order dated 07.04.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'X'. On perusal of the same, it appears that case is running for prosecution evidence and two prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Considering the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is again rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay U T
