The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 597 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was caught with apparatus used in committing theft.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 18.08.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2409 of 2022(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 597 of 2021.
