The petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2015 in connection with Beldour P.S.Case No.113 of 2014 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case on the allegation of depositing forged rent receipts and L.P.C. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, Chandan Kumar Shah be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.K. Gond, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No.113 of 2014.
