2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B) A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the accusation of firing has not specifically been attributed against the petitioner and in any event there is no injury report with respect to injury having been suffered by any one as a result of firing. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Kumar and Kare Yadav have been granted bail by this Court.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12615 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Sanni Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned III Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 90 of 2014. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- U T
