Two daggers, six empty cartridges, one magazine etc. are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 6.10.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S.Case No. 244 of 2015.
