Petitioner is said to be caught along with one country made pistol and two live cartridges and furthermore, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.10.2014 and contention on his behalf is that he has been falsely implicated in this case. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S.
