JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be step mother of the deceased and there is allegation against the petitioner that she along with other F.I.R. named accused committed the murder of the deceased by pressing his neck with lathi. The informant claims herself to be eye witness of the alleged occurrence but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased was residing separately from his father and as a matter of fact some altercation had taken place between the deceased and his wife and thereafter, the deceased consumed poison as a result of which the deceased died but after cremation of dead body of the deceased, the informant with

Considering the aforesaid submission as well as taking note of the fact that petitioner is a lady and is languishing in jail custody since 16.9.2015, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S.
