Petitioner is accused in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 registered under Sections 20C/25/8 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Section 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36590 of 2019 on 11.09.2019 with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been framed, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application.
