The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on, name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

However, counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there are sufficient material against petitioner which has come during course of investigation. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal
