From perusal of the written report filed by Dinesh Yadav, brother of deceased Lalita Devi, it is apparent that he had not made any sort of allegation against the Sasuralwala of deceased with regard to demand of dowry contrary to it, it has been divulged that brother-in-law (Bahnoi) of petitioner was insisting upon for second marriage and on account thereof, deceased had lost mental balance and in the aforesaid background, it has been disclosed that deceased was not treated properly as well as not provided proper medical facility for her ailment and allowed her to die. Furthermore, it has also been disclosed that at an earlier occasion father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and sister-in-law (Gotani) used to abuse and assault.
Petitioner is the father-in-law. From the order impugned, which has been passed after perusal of the case diary, did not specify beyond the aforesaid allegation.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17433 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Littu Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No.8 of 2015.
