2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 and added 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he had accompanied the main accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the main accused has since been granted bail vide order dated 22.11.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 60650 of 2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact that the main accused has since been granted bail, this application is allowed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 .
