2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sheikhpur P.S. Case No. 316 of 2025 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS lodged on 25.10.2025 by the informant, Pyari Devi.

3. The allegation against the two accused persons is/are of assaulting by rod injury on the head of the informant. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioners made submission showing the innocence of the two petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1129 of 2026(2) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 learned APP has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that the injury on the head has been found to be grievous in nature.

5. Considering the submission of the parties and the injury report, no relief can be extended to them.

6. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

7. If, however, the petitioners surrender within four weeks, the concerned Court shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
