JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but allegation of committing murder of deceased is against coaccused, Firoz and so far as petitioners no. 1 and 2 are concerned, it is only stated that they opened fire on the informant but informant escaped unhurt. So far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he appears to be only a member of mob.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
