JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the IPC when the petitioner was granted bail. The bail bonds of the petitioners were cancelled on 24.07.2007. Now the petitioners are languishing in custody since 22.1.2014 and 19.01.2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioners will regularly appear before the trial court. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 95 of 1998.
