Petitioner is accused in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 412 of the I.P.C. was added. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53585 of 2019 on 30.08.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.533 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 381 of 2019 arising out of Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019.
