The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case no. 61/88 registered for the offences publishable under Sections 147,148,149,307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner has misused the privilege of bail. The petitioner was declared absconder vide order dated 04.12.2012. The petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for about a year for the misuse of privilege of bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Learned A.D.J - III, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
