The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhari P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, at the instance of petitioner coaccused Manish Kumar kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against co-accused Manish Kumar and this petitioner has falsely been implicated only because he is father of co-accused Manish Kumar. As a matter of fact, daughter of the informant and son of petitioner were in love with each other and daughter of informant eloped with co-accused Manish Kumar out of her own will. Petitioner claims clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2222 of 2022(4) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 and he is in custody since 28.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 232 of 2021.
