Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is the same as decided by order dated 24.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 19547 of 2019 (Rambharat Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & others) (Annexure-7).

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 24.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 19547 of 2019 (Rambharat Singh Vs. The State of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1296 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Bihar & others) (Annexure-7). The respondents shall grant similar benefits to the petitioner if, on scrutiny of the record, the case of the petitioner is found to be identical to the case of Rambharat Singh (supra). In this regard appropriate order shall be passed by the respondents in accordance with law within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
