Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor he has been put on TI Parade as yet. The name of the petitioner came in the statement of chaukidar who stated that he had seen the petitioner going on a motorcycle and later on, one co-accused Pappu Kumar was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. The aforesaid co-accused Pappu Kumar @ Pappu Kumar Mahto @ Pappu Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manjoor Alam, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera at Samastipur/concerned court in
