At the outset learned counsel for BIADA submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the decision dated 24.06.2015 rendered by a learned single Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.28 of 2015 : Radhey Krishna Rai vs. The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority and others along with its analogous cases, in which similar contentions made on behalf of the employees and ex-employees of BIADA have been repelled after a detailed consideration of all aspects of the matter.
