The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of his case for compassionate appointment.

Father of the petitioner died in harness on 11.9.2013. The petitioner submitted application on 16.4.2015 for appointment on compassionate ground. On 20.82015 the District Programme Officer (Establishment) forwarded the case

Patna High Court CWJC No.11574 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 of the petitioner in the matter of compassionate appointment which is pending at the level of respondents. Considering the object behind compassionate appointment to provide immediate financial aid to the family, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent nos. 4 and 8 to take appropriate decision with regard to claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
