JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Due to the third wave of COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of Virtual Court proceeding. The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. From perusal of the order of the Sessions Court, it appears that the petitioner is a proclaimed offender and provisions of Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been complied with. Hence, in the said circumstances, the present application filed in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 is not maintainable. The present application is dismissed as not maintainable. If the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and prays for bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
