The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Sangeeta Devi daughter of the informant was married to Rakesh Ram . the informant made allegation that the petitioner killed his daughter due to non- fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It appears that the petitioner is the elder brotherin-law of the deceased and no specific allegation of demand of dowry is made against the petitioner. Mother-in-law and sister-inlaw of the deceased have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
