The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father of the boy against whom the allegation that he has allured the victim and kidnapped her for marriage. He further submits that the main accused has already been granted bail by the J.J.B. No. 344/2018, petitioner is father of the boy and he is in custody since 01.07.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.07.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
