Shop has been cancelled.

Admittedly, the petitioner has alternative statutory remedy of appeal before the appellate authority. Considering the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority questioning the legality of the impugned of the licensing authority. If the appeal is preferred within one month

Patna High Court CWJC No.4192 of 2020(11) dt.10-08-2021 2/2 from today and an application is made for condoning the delay in filing appeal, the appellate authority shall pass appropriate orders keeping in view the fact that the petitioner was pursing his remedy before this Court and shall decide the appeal on merits.
