One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which he is languishing in jail custody since 7.5.2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Goh P.S. Case no. 51/2014.
