JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent- Housing Board to transfer the land allotted to the deceased father of the petitioner bearing Land no. MP/93, situated at Indira Nagar Housing Colony, for which a sum of Rs. 1,37,222/- was paid at the time of execution of the agreement on 05.03.2005, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to approach the respondent- Housing Board for transfer of the land in question, in the name of the petitioner and his brother. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1426 of 2019(3) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 Housing Board submits that in case, the petitioner approaches the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, appropriate decision shall be taken with regard to fixation of the price to be paid by the petitioner and his brother as also with regard to transfer of the land in question in their name. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
