JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to add the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah as party Respondent No. 8 to the present petition. Permission is granted. Let the same be done during the course of the day.
The short prayer made by the petitioner is to direct the Respondents to grant protection to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2068 of 2020(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
